The area of application of the certification encompasses the service fields of creation, project management, technical planning, consulting, management of technical equipment, budgeting and invoicing, reporting and general contracting.
We ensure that the continuous improvement process (CIP) is implemented in-house. A further component of our QMS involves comprehensive written documentation covering all internal work processes, which we constantly adapt to the latest requirements. All colleagues can use the artecom management handbook at any time to learn which rules must be followed and which work steps must be complied with in order to fulfil and maintain our quality standards. The result: a high-performance organisational structure that contributes not least to identifying and rectifying potential sources of error at an early stage.
The certification in line with the most important national and international standard in quality management is valid for three years. An internal audit takes place once a year during which the CIP is once again scrutinised. The next external audit will be conducted in 2023.
