The international watch brand Festina became the official timekeeper of the Tour de France and other major cycling events in 1998. The Chrono Bike collection from Festina, first presented in 1997, always appears at the start of the Tour de France. The same is true in 2013, the anniversary year of the legendary race.

A consumer promotion with media impact is intended to draw the attention of men and women with an affinity for cycling to the Tour chronographs and make them familiar with the benefits of the 2013 watch collection. artecom is launching a promotional tour with the motto “Share your passion”, travelling to over 30 locations in Germany and Austria and making stops at more than 35 sales partners of Festina Uhren GmbH. At the centre of the prize draw campaigns: Two racing bikes on special roller trainers, connected to a “roller placard kilometre counter” together with digital timekeeping.
