HOWOGE Wohnungsbaugesellschaft mbH celebrates the end of its successful neighbourhood summer of culture around the emergency accommodation set up for refugees in the former office wing of secret service chief Markus Wolf on Ruschestraße as part of its art and education initiative LOA Berlin – Lichtenberg Open ART together with district mayor Birgit Monteiro. All residents to the north and south of Frankfurter Allee are invited to take part in the celebrations.
