Giant kites and air shows draw a lot of attention, while participatory activities such as the kite-making workshop and the Kite Kids flying school help to reinforce solidarity among HOWOGE tenants in the neighbourhood. The steadily increasing number of young and old sky striders is proof of this: The concept for the event format bears fruit.
