The history of the building is re-enacted with an audiovisual performance set in an expansive staging. The bridge itself, which “narrates” its turbulent history to the audience in several chapters, is the main dramatic element. Sound and video collages, illuminations and pyrotechnics constitute the cornerstones of the presentation.

The rbb broadcasts a 45-minute live programme from the bridge. A musical firework display marks the final act.
