The Britzer Garten is Berlin’s number one recreational area with one million visitors a year. The park hosts 35 events a year for the public – from small weekly concerts to large cultural events with a show programme and fireworks that attract over 20,000 guests.

The Gardens of the World in the former Marzahn recreation park have successfully managed to fulfil an extraordinary horticultural concept. The eight international gardens, which include the most important Chinese garden outside the People’s Republic, take centre stage. Some 600,000 guests visit the park every year where they can experience the monthly cultural festivals.
