23rd Ordinary Federal Congress of the DGB
Stronger with us.
Project profile
Every four years, the German Trade Union Confederation (DGB) brings together around 800 delegates from its eight member unions to determine the course of the trade union movement for the coming years and to elect the federal executive board. At the DGB’s Ordinary Federal Congress, held from 10 to 13 May 2026 at the ECC Berlin, the focus will be on collective bargaining coverage, co-determination, a strong welfare state, and economic modernisation – a modernisation that connects fairly paid work, investments, and future viability.
For the 23rd Parliament of Labour, under the slogan “Stronger with us”, artecom is developing a carefully co-ordinated overall concept comprising stage design, media, dramaturgy, and staging in close cooperation with the DGB. This includes an artistically high-quality opening programme, an innovative holography-supported keynote format, consistent motion design and film productions, as well as on-site branding and structural construction. Combining creative power, strategic planning, technical expertise, and precise direction, we support an event that clearly communicates political messages and links substantive relevance with high visual quality. In this way, the congress reinforces the German Trade Union Confederation’s demand for good work, social security, and a strong economy – in the form of a 2026 Parliament of Labour that is as effective as it is lasting in its impact on both the organisation and the wider public.
