Successful Training: Strengthening De-escalation and Conflict Resolution Skills

In an increasingly dynamic work environment, it is essential to act not only with technical expertise but also with interpersonal competence. Our recent training days were therefore dedicated to expanding our skills in this area. Under the expert guidance of Chaska Stern, we focused intensively on the topic of “De-escalation and Intervention Techniques for Conflicts in Public Settings.”
We gained a lot from the course: for instance, we learned how to identify conflicts early and resolve them professionally and confidently. The training strengthened both our ability to handle event guests and our team cohesion. It enables us to respond to conflict situations with even greater confidence and professionalism and reinforces our commitment to always appearing secure and competent.

ISO 20121

It was the Summer Olympics in London 2012 that gave the ISO 2012 standard its name. The aim in London was to not only set new standards in sport, but also in terms of sustainability. The globally applicable standard for sustainable event management was developed as part of this endeavour. artecom aspires to this standard and is currently in the middle of the ISO certification process. As an fwd member (fwd: German Association of the Event Industry), artecom launched the ISO rollout in one of the first two convoys and in doing so, is being supported by the “2bdifferent” agency for sustainability in the event industry. The first phase of the process has been completed. The first thing was to establish the status quo: Where does artecom rank in terms of sustainability? Now, the starting signal has been sounded for the second phase – the focus is on developing and implementing all the necessary measures to undergo the certification audits in the coming year.
artecom continues to work hard to achieve the Olympic sustainability standards.

Berlin Courtyard Festival

We designed and built a 6x3m booth for our client Stromnetz Berlin – and it was a complete success! At Cinema Electra, visitors enjoyed an exciting film, accompanied by delicious popcorn and our refreshing blue Stromnetz cocktail.
The atmosphere was fantastic, and we are proud to have been part of this special event!

Brandenburg takes a stand

artecom pledges its commitment to a democratic society

We must not allow marginalisation, hatred and intolerance to set the pace.
This is why we were delighted to support the ‘Brandenburg takes a stand’ state-wide poster campaign from May 16th.
