To ensure that these values remain firmly embedded in our everyday work, we have developed this Code of Conduct.
The Code of Conduct applies without exception to all employees as well as to the management team. It defines clear behavioral and decision-making principles that guide our daily work. Adhering to these standards not only ensures respectful and appreciative collaboration but also strengthens the trust that our clients, partners, and colleagues place
in US.
The Code of Conduct is more than a collection of behavioral rules – it provides the framework for a culture of integrity and accountability in which we aim to work professionally with one another as well as with partners, clients, and other stakeholders. Our goal is to create a working environment where everyone feels respected – an atmosphere that naturally extends beyond our organization.
To ensure compliance with our principles, our whistleblowing system is available to anyone who wishes to report potential violations of our compliance standards. Each report is carefully recorded, reviewed, and handled confidentially by our Compliance Team.
Reports can be submitted either anonymously or with your name. All reports and their handling are transparently recorded and monitored.
